Direct Home inspections is a company that is built on the background and knowledge of a general contractor. As a GC I have remodeled houses and commercial buildings that were built in the 1800’s. I have an eye for detail.
DHI is very diligent at inspecting not only the house but the safety features in the house. I want every client to sleep well knowing that everything keeping the family safe is in place. Every house inspection incorporates the use of infrared cameras and moisture meters. DHI will spend time introducing the house to potential buyers. I will show them the Main water shut off, furnace filters, and give them advice about maintenance that they can preform to keep house running well.
